Remarks:

Room Rate

1. The above rates are quoted per room/night in Thai Baht and inclusive of ABF, service charge, and applicable taxes.
2. Child ages under 4 years is free of charge, maximum of 1 child allowed in one room, child under 12 years sharing the room with two adults using the day bed in the room will be charged for ABF at 225 Baht per child/day.
3. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations, No-Show and Early Check-Out Policy

1. Any cancellation shall be notified by 7 days for Season 1, 14 days in Season 2 and 4, otherwise one night room rate will be charged
2. Any No-Show and Early Booking shall comply with this condition. For Season 3, any cancellation, no show or Early Check-out will be charged full period of actual booking.
