What if I have special health considerations?

Occasionally a guest may have a medical contraindication for their chosen treatment. We will do our best to offer a substitute treatment or customize your treatment to make it as safe and enjoyable as possible.

Please notify our Receptionist when booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, arthritis, other physical ailment and disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know.

What if I am pregnant?

Please ask our Receptionist to advise you which treatments are safe to enjoy during pregnancy.

What do I wear during my treatment?

We will provide you with spa attires including a choice of spa underwear or you may choose to wear you own under wear. Alternatively, treatments may be enjoyed without clothing. Choose what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect you privacy.

What about my valuables?

We provide a secure place to store your personal items inside the spa suite. However, we do not assume liability for personal items and recommend you leave valuables in room safe.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late may make it necessary to limit the time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed. Please arrive ten minutes before the scheduled time to check in and prepare to enjoy your treatment.

What about payment for spa services?

All the bills may charge to your room account. Payment should be settles within departure date by Cash or Credit Card.
